Movement as Medicine: Healing Grief Through Movement
Experience the magic of organic movement through Nia® - A holistic movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and mindfulness to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.. Rather than trying to “ fix” or move past grief, the session creates space to honor what we carry and explore how movement can help us reconnect with ourselves, our emotions, and a sense of aliveness. No dance or movement experience is necessary - only a willingness to be present, curious, and move in whatever way feels authentic to you.

There are no steps to learn and nothing to get “right.” She simply lets the music move her. In a warm, softly lit space, the body becomes the storyteller: releasing what it has carried and making room for something new. This is creative transformation felt from the inside out.
